P&M Automotive Warranty Terms
P&M Automotive Inc. offers a 36-month or 36,000-mile warranty on most in-house repairs, starting from the date or mileage on the client’s original invoice. This warranty covers defective parts and/or workmanship, provided the vehicle has been properly driven and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule.
The warranty does not cover repairs specifically excluded in writing on the repair order. It also excludes friction materials, belts, remanufactured or used parts, and parts not purchased directly from P&M Automotive Inc. (Used parts are warranted for 30 days, parts only). P&M Automotive Inc. is only responsible for the defective parts or labor and is not liable for incidental damages beyond the defective components.
This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles. All warranty claims require prior authorization from P&M Automotive Inc.’s management and must be approved before any warranty work is performed. P&M Automotive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any warranty claim due to abuse, misuse, tampering, lack of maintenance, or any other abnormal circumstances.
